30-Day Return Period

This means the item should not show any signs of wear, and all original tags must be attached. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it remains in good condition during transit. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required to process the return.

Returns must be sent to the address provided upon request. Please note that unauthorized returns, or items returned without prior authorization, will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and hazardous materials. These items cannot be returned due to their nature.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item first and then place a new order for the desired item separately.

Customer Responsibility:
If you realize you have ordered the wrong product, please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To avoid such issues, ensure that you carefully select the correct item before completing your order.

European Union Cooling Off Period:
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
